Urbanski is a member of the Midtown Ponce Security Alliance and said since March, weeds have grown to unmanageable heights, the trash is back and CBS Atlanta’s cameras caught a mattress and piles of toilet paper in the bushes behind the building.
“Old blankets, clothing, it looks like someone is living in there,” said Urbanski.
Urbanski said the trash is disgusting, but the growing brush worried him more.
“Possibly someone could be hiding out, sleeping, you don’t know what’s going one,” said Urbanski. “There could be drug use, prostitution.”
