The proposed fixes would prohibit students from working in factories, manufacturing, retail shipping and packing operations and seafood plants.
The agency also plans on “re-emphasizing the adult entertainment industry prohibition by specifically prohibiting jobs with escort services, adult book/video stores, massage parlors, and strip clubs.”

For the past 12 years, Stephanie Davis has worked to stop human trafficking and, more urgently, child prostitution in Atlanta.
Through all those years and all the desperate stories, Davis said she has been undeterred. Why? The victims are generally poor, have been sexually abused and feel trapped and alone. And they have little recourse.
Some are smuggled from South America, Mexico or Bosnia and trafficked across state lines to work the streets of Atlanta. Others are from southeast Asia and work in the metro area’s massage parlors or strip clubs.
Regardless of their back stories, Davis said, “They are putting themselves in danger every single night.”
On average, 100 adolescent girls are sexually exploited for money in Georgia on a typical night, according to a report by the Schapiro Group, an Atlanta-based research, marketing and communications firm. LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) – A married couple has been arrested in connection with a burglary and a shootout at a Gwinnett County massage parlor.
Authorities told WSB-TV (http://bit.ly/vH5Kyj) that Jonathan and Jessica MacMillan were charged with shooting at officers as they fled from the Tong Tong China Massage parlor last month. Authorities say the two evaded arrest for a month but were charged late Tuesday night.
Police say the officers were forced to take cover when they arrived at the parlor on Nov. 22 just as the suspects were leaving. The officers involved in the shooting were not hurt.
Jonathan MacMillan was charged with aggravated assault, armed robbery and fleeing police. His wife is being held on a destructive device hoax charge. An attorney for the two could not immediately be identified.

Duluth Police have arrested two suspects involved in the Nov. 22 armed robbery of the Tong Tong Massage Parlor at 3294 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. and a gunfire exchange with two Duluth officers. Neither the officers nor the suspects were wounded.

Duluth Police officers responded to an armed robbery in progress call at the massage parlor about 8:55 p.m. Nov. 22. As the suspect Hunter identified as Jonathan MacMillan was leaving the business, he opened fire with a handgun on the first police officer to arrive. A second police officer who arrived on the scene about the same time also was involved in the gunfire exchange. Jessica MacMillan was reportedly waiting in a getaway car in which the suspects escaped.

Both police cars were damaged in the gunfire exchange, but have since been repaired, Hunter said. Cash, two cell phones and a laptop taken in the massage parlor robbery have not been recovered, he said.

A Cobb County couple has been arrested and charged in connection with a shootout with Duluth police last month during the armed robbery of a massage parlor, authorities said.
Jonathan Douglas MacMillan and Jessica Mae MacMillan, both 27, are each charged in Gwinnett County with four counts apiece of armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer and felony fleeing and eluding, Duluth police said.

The charges stem from an armed robbery the night of Nov. 22 at the Tong Tong China Massage Parlor on Peachtree Industrial Parkway, Duluth.
A man and a woman exchanged gunfire with two Duluth officers who had arrived at the robbery in progress and then jumped in a car and fled. Bullets riddled the police car and the massage parlor, but no one was hurt.

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. —
A couple has been arrested in connection with a massage parlor burglary and shootout.
Police said Jonathan and Jessica MacMillan shot at officers as they fled from a robbery at a massage parlor in Duluth last month. They evaded arrest for a month but were charged Tuesday night.
The Tong Tong China Massage parlor on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard was robbed Nov. 22. A shootout ensued when Duluth police arrived and the burglars were leaving the business. Dashcam video showed officers ducking shots as they told the robbers to get down.
The dashcam video showed the second officer who arrived at the scene getting out of his car and shouting, “Put the gun down,” and then diving near a bush to avoid a hail of gunfire.

DULUTH, Ga. (AP) — Police responding to an armed robbery call at a Duluth massage parlor were met by a hail of bullets and returned fire in what became a fierce gun battle Tuesday night in the Atlanta suburb.
Duluth police tell CBS Atlanta that the suspects were coming down the stairs from the second-story business on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard when they began shooting at the arriving officers.
Authorities say the officers returned fire on the suspects, who managed to get in a car and leave. They were pursued by police, but got away.

Channel 2 Action News has obtained dash-cam video that shows the dangerous moments officers faced during a shootout. It happened Tuesday night off Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Duluth while officers were responding to call of a robbery in progress. Police said they believe the gunman was shooting to kill. When officers turn on their lights and sirens, they never truly know what waits. Last Tuesday, it was an officer with a gun. On the video the officer could be heard saying, “He’s armed, pointing the gun at me. Sir, get down on the ground, get down on the (expletive) ground.” Police said a man called 911 reporting a robbery at the Tong Tong China Massage parlor. The video showed the first officer shouted for help saying, “Shots fire, shots fired, shots fired.”
