Atlanta Strip Clubs: Two radio shows to air commercial real estate topics

Bull, 51, grew up in Atlanta and leads an office with 32 brokers.  His shows will be about distressed real estate and “workouts” in which beleaguered borrowers seek relief from their lenders, debt and equity markets and landlord/tenant negotiations, for example. First guests will include Steven Pepper, a lawyer with Arnall Golden Gregory, and Richard Gaudet, with forensic accounting firm GlassRatner.
Kansas, 37, grew up in New Orleans and has lived in Atlanta since 1995. His firm has six brokers. His show will focus more on culture, arts and architecture.
“I want to take things we all know about vaguely then look at them from different perspectives,” he said. The first show is on The Clermont Hotel, the Ponce de Leon Avenue landmark that was shuttered and taken back by its lender (though its kitschy strip club remains open). Show guests include Blondie,  a veteran stripper at the lounge, and Michael Gamble, a Georgia Tech architecture professor.
