SANDY SPRINGS, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Four different adult entertainment spots gave customers more than lap dances, according to a lawsuit filed by the city.
Sandy Springs filed suit against strip clubs Main Stage, Mardi Gras and Flashers along with adult fantasy shop Inserection.
The suit contends undercover officers witnessed a dancer at Flashers “getting entirely naked” and another dancer “pushing her breasts into a customer’s face and grinding into his groin area.”
The complaint also states that officers saw “a person masturbating in a booth” and “a person giving oral sex to another person in a booth” at Inserection.
The suit contends sexual activity has taken place in Main Stage as recently as a few weeks ago.
The lawyer for one of the clubs says that is not true. “Nothing bad has happened throughout the history of this club,” said Alan Begner, attorney for Main Stage.Begner said no one has ever engaged in sexual acts there. “Absolutely not. There has been no sexual activity going on there since it began 19 years ago as an adult club,” Begner said.
