Meanwhile, a clutch of college-aged girls in Atlanta won a somewhat giggling victory in the Georgia Supreme Court on Monday when the state’s highest chamber found it unconstitutional for them to be barred from being strippers at the world-famous Cheetah Club because they were under 21 years of age.
You see, the Atlanta City Council passed an ordinance banning those under 21 from working in strip clubs until they reached the age of 21 since alcohol was being served. But the court said this week that violated the young ladies’ right-to-work status and that, yes sir, it was wrong to stop their shimmy-and-shake.

Sure, strip clubs are filled with losers on both sides of the rail. Heartache, and some things maybe worse, are rampant, but the small handful of times I went to belly-laugh it was really fun and I ended up getting to know some more of the great souls who have shared my path. One “entertainer” I met at The Cheetah once told me she wanted to buy a black BMW and said she just needed a good deal.
