Atlanta Strip Clubs: Police Released Two People in Strip Club Shooting

Atlanta Police say that the two men arrested and charged with the shooting death of a strip club co-owner has been released. Police say Joey Celestin and Bill Nichols were released after new evidence place the two men at work when Terry Stephenson, 49 was killed at the club. 
The Arrest warrants have been dropped on Joey Celestin and Bill Nichols according to the DA’s Office.  An Attorney for Celestin says that other witnesses say that the shooting happened at around 1:00 pm.  Accordiing to reports, both men clocked in at Atlanta Kitchen where both men work.  Police say that a dancer who has identified Celestin has vanished and has not been located.  Police may look into the fact that someone else may have clocked the two men in.  Other proof may be necessary to confirm that they were actually at work.
