ATLANTA – U.S. District Senior Judge Thomas F. Hogan of Washington has been tapped to handle the case of 67-year-old Judge Jack Camp, who faces drug and gun charges after a stripper told authorities he used cocaine with her. Hogan’s rulings include one in 1986 that the Librarian of Congress violated First Amendment rights when he discontinued the production of braille editions of Playboy magazine.
