ATLANTA – A federal judge who faces drug and gun charges after a stripper claimed the judge used cocaine with her is scheduled to plead guilty to some of the charges in an Atlanta federal court.
Court clerks disclosed Thursday that Senior U.S. District Judge Jack Camp is scheduled to enter his plea Friday.
Camp’s attorney Bill Morrison would not specify which charges his client intends to plead guilty to at the hearing.
The 67-year-old judge was arrested in October after authorities said he tried to buy cocaine and narcotics to use with the exotic dancer. They said they also found two firearms in the front seat of his vehicle.
