Atlanta Strip Clubs: Federal Judge Charged With Buying Drugs From Stripper

Senior US District Judge Jack T. Camp, Jr. was granted a $50,000 bond today on charges that he bought drugs on multiple occasions from an Atlanta stripper with whom he was also having an affair. Judge Camp was arrested on Friday near Sandy Springs, GA.
Jack Camp was accused of purchasing and using cocaine, marijuana, hydrocodone, and roxycodrone since last spring. He was allegedly using them with a dancer he met at the Goldrush Showbar on Metropolitan Avenue in Atlanta, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Camp’s favorite dancer apparently turned FBI informant. In an affidavit filed by FBI Special Agent Mary Jo Mangrum, the dancer was labeled CI-1. She described Judge Camp as having bought private dances and sex from her as well as the drugs.
…
There’s nothing to indicate whether Judge Jack Camp is single or married. It is to be hoped he’s single, so his visits to the stripper in and of themselves won’t cause familial disruption. His career’s already in jeopardy as it is.
