DENVER (AP) – Some Colorado lawmakers want to strip strip clubs of welfare cash machines. A bill being considered by the state House would ban the use of public assistance debit cards at ATMs located in strip joints. The cards are supposed to be used for things like food stamps — not exotic dancers. The measure faces another vote in the Colorado House before going to the state Senate.
