Atlanta Strip Clubs: A Judge’s Fall: Jack Camp Pleads

Last month, Camp was arrested along with a stripper while trying to buy cocaine, marijuana and prescription painkillers.
WABE’s Rose Scott reports on the judge’s fall.
Jack Tarpley Camp, Jr. was appointed by President Ronald Regan in 1988.
While on the bench he was known as a tough judge who wouldn’t falter especially on drug cases.
WABE legal analyst Page Pate says Camp was stern with the gavel.
PATE:
“Judge Camp was a well respected for many many years, I personally appeared in front of him in several cases, in fact I tried a drug case in front of him a few months ago. It was totally unexpected both the conduct and eventual plea”
…
Also, as Pate explains one count of conversion of government property in which authorities say he gave his laptop to the stripper.
