Peter Privateer, 56, was replaced Nov. 12 as president and CEO of Reflex Systems by the company’s vice president of sales and business development, the company said in a release.
It wasn’t clear if Privateer remains employed by Reflex Systems, which promotes itself as a “pioneer in virtualization systems management solutions.” The company declined further comment.
Privateer’s attorney, Eric Crawford, said earlier this week his client is on leave and expects to discuss his future with the company in coming weeks.
Investigators believe Privateer paid $600 to have sex with a 12-year-old girl and a prostitute in her 20s at a Duluth Days Inn in March 2008.
The transaction was orchestrated by the girls’ alleged pimp, Marcelo Desautu, 38, who is jailed in Cobb County on child molestation and sex-trafficking charges.
