David Walker, 27, is an accused pimp who allegedly ordered four of his prostitutes to carry out the beating.
Fulton County police said it happened at the Rodeway Inn off of Fulton Industrial Boulevard in southwest Atlanta. Its an area known for prostitution.
Rashid Williams works at a sub shop across from the hotel. He said in a neighborhood that sees a lot of crime the caging of a woman has shocked everyone.
Williams said, “All of them are just talking about the woman put into the cage.”

Apparently, Walker wanted to do just that. Several people told us Walker sent cell phone pictures of the caged woman to other pimps. After that someone tipped off police. Police went to each hotel room before finding the woman. They say they were lucky she was still alive.
