This dude may have been high, but the story still makes him seem more like an idiot than anything else.

It seems the man was in some deep, intense negotiations with a Russian prostitute, probably haggling or something like that. Anyway, the deal fell through because apparently the cheap ass dude couldn’t settle on a price. So the prostitute left and took his money with her, which is kind of funny but must have been very frustrating for him. So frustrating that he went and complained to police. You have to wonder if there was even a brief moment when he stopped to think of how truly shitty an idea this was.

Even if he didn’t ponder why this was a terrible idea, it soon became obvious when police fined him about $1,300 under a law that forbids the purchase of sexual services. Hopefully he then learned his lesson that going to the cops after you commit a crime and end up being the victim of a crime at the same time really doesn’t work out very well.
