Police Arrest Man Accused of Tying Up Teen, Setting Him on Fire
Police: Suspect has history of sex charges

NORCROSS, Ga. – Investigators say the man wanted for setting a teenager on fire in Woodstock has a long criminal past that includes sex charges in at least three states. Police arrested Joseph Raymond Zeock early Tuesday, thanks to a tip from a television viewer who saw his photo on Monday night.
Authorities say Zeock, 61, was staying at the All Around Suites hotel on Medlock Bridge Road in Norcross when he was arrested. He’s accused of soliciting sex from a 17-year-old boy, and then tying him up and setting him on fire.
