An Atlanta man seduced, beat and forced a teenager into prostitution, even while she was pregnant with his child.
Mr. Demetrius Darnell Homer even shocked the teen with a taser to get her to comply, federal prosecutors said.
On Wednesday, a federal judge sentenced Mr. Homer, also known as “Cateye,” to 20 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release on charges of sex trafficking of a minor, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office.

“He began to use a cycle of romance and violence to cause her to engage in prostitution,” Mrs. Yates said.
Mr. Homer hit the teen, threatened her at knife point and shocked her with a taser in front of another teen he also forced into prostitution, Mrs. Yates said.

“Homer even had A.M. engage in prostitution while she was pregnant with his child,” Mrs. Yates said.
