Lynch was indicted for pandering by compulsion between Aug. 13, 2010 and Oct. 1, 2010, when he forced “a person under the age of 18 years to perform an act of prostitution.” Lynch was also indicted for human trafficking during the same time because he “did knowingly harbor” a male under the age of 18 for “the purpose of sexual servitude.”
Lynch was also indicted with the offense of sexual exploitation of children between Aug. 13, 2010, and Oct. 1, 2010. “[Lynch] did knowingly use a minor … a person under the age of 18 years, to engage in sexually explicit conduct, to wit: lewd exhibition of the genitals, for the purpose of producing a visual medium depicting such conduct,” the indictment states.
Lemery was also indicted for pandering by compulsion between Dec. 28, 2010, and Jan. 19, 2011, by coercing a minor to perform an act of prostitution. He also faces an indictment of human trafficking for harboring a male “for the purpose of sexual servitude” between Nov. 13, 2010, and Jan. 22, 2011.
